Welcome to cltiktok! To ensure the order of the platform, the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, and to enhance the overall service quality, we have specially formulated the following "Seller Policy". All merchants who have joined are requested to strictly abide by it.


I. Merchant Qualifications and Entry Requirements

All sellers must provide true and legal registration information and identity verification materials.


Merchants must ensure that the sources of the goods they sell are legitimate and have the corresponding qualifications and licenses (such as brand authorization, quality inspection reports, etc.).


It is prohibited to sell prohibited items on the platform (such as contraband, counterfeit, infringing goods, etc.).


Ii. Product Release Standards

The product description must be true, clear and accurate, and must not exaggerate or mislead consumers.


The product images must be clear and must not plagiarize others' pictures or be suspected of infringement.


All goods must be clearly marked with necessary information such as price, inventory and delivery time.


It is prohibited to increase orders or fabricate sales through disguised means.


Iii. Shipping and Logistics

Merchants must complete the shipment within the promised time. Any delay beyond this time will be regarded as a delay.


The delivery must use a traceable logistics method and upload a valid logistics tracking number in a timely manner.


If the goods are damaged due to improper packaging, the merchant shall bear full responsibility.


Iv. After-sales Service and Returns and Exchanges

Merchants need to support the platform's standard after-sales policies and actively handle return and exchange applications.


For quality issues of the goods, the merchant needs to bear the shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.


Merchants must not unreasonably refuse returns or exchanges or delay the time for after-sales handling.


Excessively high complaint rates and refusal to provide after-sales service will affect the store's reputation or result in the suspension of sales rights.


V. Expenses and Settlement

Merchants are required to pay commissions to the platform on a monthly/order basis (if applicable).


All order settlements will be transferred to the merchant's account within T+7 days after the confirmed receipt of goods.


For the first withdrawal exceeding $5000, merchants are required to pay a $5000 deposit to ensure that it is conducted by the customer themselves.


If there are any refunds, penalties for violations, etc., the platform reserves the right to deduct the relevant amounts.


Vi. Violations and Penalties

Measures for handling violations

Those who sell counterfeit goods will have their stores permanently closed and their accounts frozen

False shipping/delayed shipping leads to demotion, order restriction, and freezing of payment

Refusing after-sales point deduction warnings will affect the store's rating

Order manipulation and credit manipulation eliminate false data and deduct commissions

Maliciously harassing buyers, restricting login or banning the store


Vii. Platform Exemption Clauses

If orders are affected due to force majeure (such as policy adjustments, natural disasters, or third-party system failures), the platform shall not bear joint liability.


Merchants are required to properly keep their login information and account funds. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses caused by their own reasons.


Viii. Policy Updates and Implementation

This policy applies to all sellers who have joined the cltiktok platform.


The platform reserves the right to revise policies at any time based on business needs and changes in regulations, and to make an announcement in advance.


All sellers must keep abreast of and comply with the latest policy versions in real time.
