This "Shop Usage Guide" will provide you with a detailed introduction to the basic functions of the platform, the process of product listing, order management, after-sales service, and frequently asked questions.

1️⃣ Store Dashboard
Once your store has passed the review, the system will automatically enable the merchant dashboard for you.
On the [Shop Dashboard] page, you can view the real-time overview of your store's operations, including:
Sales data statistics
Order processing status
Overview of Product Management
Shop Setup Management
The dashboard is an important entry point for you to monitor the operation of your store. We recommend that you keep an eye on it regularly to facilitate timely adjustments to your business strategies.
2️⃣ Product Listing Rules
Newly registered merchants are allowed to list up to 20 products in their store.
Product Listing Process:
Merchants can select products from the platform’s product library for listing.
Once listed, the system will automatically apply a 20% price markup.
The marked-up price will be displayed as the retail price in the merchant’s store.
Example:
Product Library Price: $100
Store Selling Price: $120 (after 20% markup)
3️⃣ Order Processing
Merchants can access the Order Management section in their store dashboard to view order details, including:
Product purchase price (cost price)
Expected profit
Total order amount
To process an order, simply click the blue “Process” button.
Once the order is processed, the supplier will fulfill the purchase within 12 hours and arrange prompt shipment to the customer.
After shipment, customers are expected to receive their orders within 7 business days.
Upon customer confirmation of receipt, the product profit will be automatically settled into the merchant’s store balance
5️⃣ Wallet Management
(1) Pending Settlement & Store Balance Overview
Merchants can check both Pending Settlement Amount and Store Balance in the store wallet.
Pending Settlement Amount refers to profits from orders not yet confirmed by the customer (i.e., the customer has not yet received the product).
Store Balance represents the available funds that merchants can use to process new orders.
Once the customer confirms receipt, the pending amount will automatically be added to the Store Balance.
(2) Withdrawal & Recharge
1️⃣ Withdrawals:
Merchants may request withdrawals at any time.
Withdrawals are limited to 2 times per day, with no amount limit per transaction.
2️⃣ Offline Recharge:
Merchants can recharge their store wallet using their own USDT wallets.
After completing the transfer, please submit the recharged amount and store name in the submission form located below the recharge address.
The funds will be credited to your store wallet within [X] hours after submission.
If your funds have not arrived within [X] hours, please contact customer support immediately.
3️⃣ Security Deposit Recharge:
In case of policy violations or misconduct, your store’s credit rating may decrease, affecting your sales permissions.
To restore your store’s reputation and regain full sales privileges, you may be required to pay a Security Deposit.
