The platform reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, pricing issues, etc., and will offer a full refund.

Iv. Payment and Refund

All payment behaviors must be genuine and legal. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses caused by users' operational errors.

Viii. Limitation of Liability

For direct disputes caused by the actions of merchants, the platform will assist in handling them but will not directly bear the liability for compensation.

X. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is subject to global law. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through consultation. If the negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of the platform for handling.
